Aim Through our initiative, Wipro Applying Thought In Schools, we work on systemic education reform. We work towards moving our education system from being exam-centric to child-centric; help schools move from a rote-based and mechanical processes to more experiential and constructivist environments.

Our initiative - Coalesces civil society action through a network of partner organizations and individuals across India (collaboration forum, organizational development) - Supports ground work and experiments in the area of education (teacher development, educational leadership, holistic engagements with schools, professional courses in education) - Researches and documents these experiments to advocate the cause of good education (curricular research, publications) We have worked with over 9000 educators in more than 1000 schools through 30 partner organizations across India. We support organizations that work in this area and also help individuals build organizations to expand the work. We support publications and educator networks to influence policy revisions and systemic change.
