Voices is a centre for development communications. It has an audio-visual library including films on child labour, street children, the girl child, sexuality, child sexual abuse, gender discrimination, education, and issues of adolescence. The lending fee is Rs 20 for 2 days, with a Rs 100 deposit. It can also make copies of films for a fee. It also publishes an annual communication journal, VOICES, which focuses on social and development issues.
