Chilipili is a children's theatre troupe. It stages original plays, and has performed over 30 street plays which focus on issues including the education system, national integration, and the environment. It conducts workshops for children in all aspects of theatre such as its history, movement, stage, lighting, costumes, make-up, music and dance. It trains teachers and assists in theatre productions in schools; and trains children to perform radio plays. It has published a book of plays in Kannada.
