Details of Work

Sudatta is an association of adoptive parents which believes that every child has a right to a family. It provides pre-adoption counselling and support to couples who intend to adopt a child. It conducts workshops and seminars on issues related to adoption, and works to popularise adoption. It has support groups for people to share their experiences on bringing up an adopted child. It also provides opportunities for adopted children to interact with each other. It acts as an interest group for representing issues related to adoption to the government and other concerned authorities.
