Details of Work

RVISHI is an integrated school from nursery up to Std 10 for normal and hearing impaired children. It places emphasis on pre-school training for children with hearing impairment that will enable them to be mainstreamed. It has trained teachers who provide support teaching before school hours to help children with hearing impairment, and it also offers speech therapy. It guides parents to centre that offer vocational training. It has a toy library and a resource centre at the school, and plans to extend its services to rural areas.
