Details of Work

DEC offers diagnosis, assessment and therapy for children with learning difficulties, autism, and behavioural problems. It has a full-day programme for slow learners to prepare them for the National Open School. It counsels parents on school placement and rehabilitation, and trains teachers in collaboration with KPAMRC*. It organises an annual seminar on disability, and offers consultancy and training for other organisations.
