Details of Work

SRSSK runs a free rural integrated school from nursery up to Std 7 for over 200 children, of which about 50 children have disabilities. It has an academic and vocational training programme, sports, craft and recreation; and a resource room for special needs children. It provides disability aids, health check-ups and medical assistance. It serves as a model school for teacher training programmes conducted by DIET* and KPAMRC*. It works in five villages around Bannerghatta and Gottigere.
