Ms Phyllis Farias is an educational management consultant. She has been working with schools in the areas of planning a new school, school management, policy planning, performance appraisal of staff, curriculum formulation, and evaluation of teaching methodologies. For teachers, she offers consultation on integrated programmes, creative teaching methodologies, curriculum development and planning, value education, communication skills, classroom management, team building and group work. For children, she undertakes career guidance, reading and hobby enrichment activities, study skills, personality development, leadership education, public speaking, peer pressure reversal techniques, sex and family life education, susbstance abuse prevention education, and media education. She also holds positive parenting workshops, and designs individualised programmes for gifted and special children.
