Details of Work

The Department of Community Health works in the villages of KG Halli and Siddapura. The main focus is on maternal and child health, including pre-natal and post-natal care. It has an infant feeding programme, and offers health check-ups at the anganwadi centres and in the community. It also provides health care and health education for a rural school in Halsur. It organises seminars and workshops on health education.
