Community Health Cell

Aim To promote and support community health action, including child health, in partnership with voluntary and government agencies and peoples organisations.

Details of Work

CHC supports new initiatives through review and reflection of action plans, preliminary project visits and information. It supports existing community health projects in research, training and evaluation. It also formulates policy that focuses on the girl child, and networks with other organisations through its Community Health Forum.
