Details of Work

Ms Shantha Mani is an artist and art teacher. She has a Master s in Fine Arts from MS University, Baroda, and has held several solo and group exhibitions in different parts of the country. She has been an art teacher at school level, and has also taught drawing and painting in a schools outreach programme. She is interested in the use of visual language in the education of the child, and has used art therapy while working with village children in Gujarat. She has been involved in theatre, painting, and dance workshops with Rangayana, a theatre group. She can teach drawing, painting, murals, sculpture, clay modelling, and printing. She is also interested in helping children explore their creativity using waste and recycled materials.
