Details of Work

Chaithanya has a home, Mamtha Nilaya, for girl street children, and three contact points in the city which reach about 50 children. It also offers formal education for younger children and non-formal education for children above 13 years. It runs a vocational training centre, and organises recreation, including dance and karate. Its staff are trained in counselling and crisis intervention.
