Details of Work

TTCD is an Industrial Training Institute that provides free vocational training for hearing impaired youth. It is recognised by the State and National Council for Vocational Training (SCVT, NCVT). It offers training in fitting, turning, electronics, computers, cutting and tailoring. The minimum qualification required is Std 10 Pass or PUC pass with mathematics/accounts for computers. Students who have not passed their Std 10 examination, or fail to obtain the NCVT certificate, can take the SCVT examination. It offers job placements for its trainees.
