TTF works with schools, principals, administrators, teacher and teacher educators in the area of school development and improvement, teacher development, technology enabled training and support, design and production of teaching aids and classroom resources. Through a variety of services it has reached out to 1500 teachers in 357 schools across India. It conducts Professional Development Workshops which range from short intensive sessions (2-3 days) to sustained teacher development programmes. A key project in this area is the Wipro Applying Thought In schools a two-year professional development initiative conceptualized and conducted by TTF. It also offers consultancy services that involve customised services for schools, government bodies involved in education, and NGOs. It conducts school audits and school development planning. unique Whole School Total Solutions is a package consisting of customized educational consultancy services, leadership, school and staff development programmes and innovative resources for the classroom. TTF s Resource Centre has a range of books, journals, CDs and periodicals on education which are available for in-house reference. It also runs The Teacher Storehouse which sells a variety of teaching aids, classroom resources, books, certificates and responsibility badges. It holds conferences, seminars, workshops and forums at the national and local level. TTF offers membership facilities for teachers and schools. Members can avail of discounts on The Teacher Storehouse, workshops & on-line learning. It also holds contests, and gives awards and scholarships for teachers to recognize and encourage good classroom practice.
