Details of Work

The Bangalore branch of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics is an association of over 500 paediatricians. It participates in immunisation camps for pulse polio, hepatitis B and other vaccinations organised by various service organisations. It is involved in community health and health education, including promotion of breast feeding in several slums of Bangalore. It organises conferences, seminars and clinical meetings for its members.
