Details of Work

The Department has an outreach programme in three villages in and around Jakkur. It provides free medical check-ups for children, including medical and surgical treatment, and has free beds at the hospital. It also conducts screening camps to identify children with medical illnesses and disability, and offers pre- and post-natal care for mothers. It provides free medical assessment for socio-economically disadvantaged children and adults at the hospital.
