Details of Work

ADY is a branch of the Bihar School of Yoga. It holds yoga classes for children at the ashram during the summer and winter holidays, and conducts classes in several schools in the city. It offers special yoga therapy classes for children above eight years, depending on individual requirements. It has an annual yoga camp for 100 rural children during the summer holidays. It provides training in yoga for teachers working with children with disability.
