Genie Kids conducts workshops for children throughout the year as well as during holidays. The workshops are geared to develop the different strengths and interests of every child in order to enhance his/her success skills. The learning club, held during the week, is curriculum-linked learning through participatory and interactive activities. The Study Skills enhances studying capabilities. The Discovery club is designed to develop creativity and the seven types of intelligence; and the Hobby Club explores talent and creativity. The workshops expose children to skills such as planning, decision-making, logical thinking, problem-solving, self-esteem, concentration, perseverance, team work, arts and crafts such as puppetry, papier-m'ch' and painting, drama and creative writing. Once a week parents are invited to work with their children and are also given feedback on their child's' development. The organisation is open to accommodating children with special needs and has collaborated with an organisation working with underprivileged girls to conduct workshops at a subsidised rate. Genie Kids also conducts programmes for teachers and parents.
