Research and management of child develpment programmes, including the UNICEF experience in India and abroad. Ms Gururaj has been involved with policy development and implementation of programmes for gender equality, the girl child , child labour, ECCE, HIV/AIDs, integrated programmes, decentralization, advocacy for child rights and women's rights, and evaluation and impact studies.
