Details of Work

Auxilium Navajeevana is one of the few organisations that has a home for street and working girl children, with a 24-hour crisis intervention centre. It provides non-formal education on the street through four contact points, and helps children go to formal schools. It trains children in tie and dye, tailoring and embroidery. It offers health care and counselling. It also networks with other voluntary agencies, and is a member of the Bangalore Forum for Street and Working Children*.
